Use this service to understand environmental risks associated with site activities, investigate a defined concern, or obtain soil, stormwater, effluent-water or noise information for operational decision-making.
Environmental risk assessments
The scope is based on the site, its activities and the environmental aspects that may cause an impact. It may consider:
- Resource use, emissions and environmental noise.
- Storage and handling of fuels, chemicals, materials and liquid waste.
- Spill risks, pollution pathways and existing prevention measures.
- Solid and liquid waste management.
- Wastewater, effluent, stormwater runoff and site drainage.
- Housekeeping, outdoor storage and potential effects on environmental receptors.
- Risk classification, priorities and practical mitigation measures.
Environmental sampling and monitoring
Where sampling is required, AirCHECK can collect representative soil, stormwater and effluent-water samples, maintain the agreed chain of custody and coordinate suitable analysis. The sampling plan, analytical requirements and laboratory arrangements are confirmed for each project.
Environmental noise
