Established in 1988, AirCHECK is an independent occupational hygiene practice helping organisations understand workplace and environmental health risks and make sound, defensible decisions. We work across South Africa and internationally, supporting sectors including manufacturing, mining, construction, chemicals, agriculture and commercial facilities.
Our services include occupational health risk assessments, occupational hygiene surveys and exposure monitoring, asbestos services, environmental services, laboratory analysis, training and health requirements for new or changed workplaces. Each assignment is tailored to the client’s workplace, activities and needs so that the scope remains relevant, focused and proportionate.
Our SAIOH-registered professionals combine recognised methods and independent judgement with clear reporting and practical recommendations that can be implemented in the real world.

AirCHECK is an Approved Inspection Authority under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85 of 1993, for the monitoring of asbestos, lead, hazardous chemical agents and noise.

SANAS Accredited Inspection Body
AirCHECK is a Type A inspection body, accredited by SANAS and approved by the Department of Employment and Labour as an Approved Inspection Authority for occupational hygiene.
