Established in 1988, AirCHECK is an independent occupational hygiene practice helping organisations understand workplace and environmental health risks and make sound, defensible decisions. We work across South Africa and internationally, supporting sectors including manufacturing, mining, construction, chemicals, agriculture and commercial facilities.
Our services include occupational health risk assessments, occupational hygiene surveys and exposure monitoring, asbestos services, environmental services, laboratory analysis, training and design consultancy. AirCHECK is an Approved Inspection Authority and a SANAS-accredited Type A inspection body for the activities included in our scope. Our SAIOH-registered professionals combine recognised methods and independent judgement with clear reporting and practical recommendations that can be implemented in the real world.

Approved Inspection Authority
AirCHECK is an Approved Inspection Authority under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85 of 1993, for the monitoring of asbestos, lead, hazardous chemical agents and noise.
SANAS Accredited Inspection Authority
AirCHECK is an accredited Inspection Body under this International Standard to conduct Type A Inspections of environmental factors and stressors in the workplace.
